Delete your WaZii account

Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account first. Deleting your WaZii account does not stop the store's billing, because the store manages that payment.

A subscription you pay for on the website ends with your account and is not renewed again.

In the app

Open WaZii, then Settings, Account, Delete account. Confirm with your password. If you sign in only with Google or Apple, type DELETE to confirm.

On the website

Sign in at www.wazii.net, then open Settings, Account, Delete account, and confirm in the same way.

Without signing in

Enter your account's email below. We will email you a link, and your account is deleted only after you open it and confirm. The link lasts 2 hours.

• Your account: name, email, phone number, password, and any linked Google or Apple sign-in. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to end WaZii's access.
• Your portfolio holdings, trade journal, emotion journal, followed stocks, alerts, notifications, daily briefs, settings and support requests.
• The phones registered for your push notifications.
• Your subscription records and saved payment profile in WaZii, including for payments on the website.

These are not linked to an account after deletion, and WaZii does not remove them automatically:

• App Store and Google Play purchase events we received from RevenueCat, which contain your former account number, the product and the store's transaction numbers.
• Records of your ended sign-in sessions, which contain your former account number.
• To keep free trials to one per person, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your email address after your account is deleted, with its date. It cannot be turned back into your address and is not linked to any other data.

These are outside your WaZii account, so deleting it does not change them:

• Messages you sent to info@wazii.net or through the contact form, and emails we already sent you.
• Technical logs kept by our servers and email provider, under those systems' own settings.
• Payment and purchase records held by the app stores and payment providers, under their own policies.
